Tim has spent 23 years building marketing strategy for organizations ranging from the scrappiest start-ups to the Fortune 500. He began his consulting career working with international brands such as Target, Sony, Kimberly Clark, Darden Restaurants and more on strategic marketing challenges during the early days of the internet. Since its founding in 2013, Young Marketing Consulting has helped organizations including the National Kidney Foundation, GuidePoint Security, Bach to Rock, CareJourney, the International Franchise Association, Redwood Software, and more create and deliver practical, cost-efficient marketing strategy that achieves results.
Ben Huizinga

With more than a decade of agency and in-house experience, Ben is a seasoned veteran of the creative world and leads YMC’s marketing strategy, brand development, creative, and web efforts. From an intrinsic knack for detailed project management to his holistic understanding of the full spectrum of brand marketing, Ben’s depth of experience has helped him develop a well-rounded and detail-oriented approach to solving even the most complex marketing and brand challenges. Most recently, Ben served as the Director of Brand Operations & Strategy for Bonterra – the world’s second largest and fastest growing social good technology company.

Previously, she led impactful marketing initiatives at CodeSecure, an application security testing and cybersecurity firm, and 2U Inc., a global leader in education technology, and honed her skills at agencies like Domain7 (now Versett).
